I. GENERAL MECHANICS

Eligibility

• The program is open to all registered BLucky.ph players who have completed the KYC (Know-Your-Client) verification process.

How to Apply:

1. Click "Affiliate" – players will be redirected to the Skybet Gaming Corporation Official Website.

2. Fill out the application form and submit.

3. Wait up to 24 hours for approval. (Verification of applications is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM only, except holidays)

4. Once approved, the Business Development Department will contact qualified affiliates.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commissions based on player referrals and their gaming activity. Commission percentage varies according to Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and the number of active players referred.

Sports Betting, Specialty, Numeric Games, Electronic Games (E-Casino) & Electronic Bingo

Note: NET GAMING REVENUE is computed as follows: Total Bets minus (Total Payout + Marketing & Promotions + PAGCOR Share + Franchise Tax + Audit Fee)

Payout Schedule & Threshold

• Commissions are disbursed every 10th of the month for the previous month’s earnings.

• Minimum payout threshold is Php1,000.00. Any balance below this will roll over to the next period.

• Payments of earnings are processed via bank transfer or e-wallet transfer, as registered during the KYC process.

KYC Requirements

• Affiliates must submit valid government-issued ID and details of their bank or e-wallet account. Failure to provide accurate KYC documentation will result in the inability to receive payouts.

• Referred players must also undergo KYC in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

Monitoring and Reporting Requirements

• Affiliates must report any suspicious player behavior, including but not limited to:

• Multiple account registrations from the same IP address

• Abnormally high or irregular deposits

• Attempts to bypass PAGCOR regulations

Compliance and Verification Checks

• Affiliates generating unusually high or irregular revenues may undergo additional checks.

• This may include further documentation requests and review of traffic sources to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Affiliate Program Exit Policy

• Voluntary Separation – Affiliates may leave the program anytime by sending 30 days’ written notice to the Business Development via [email protected]. Any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be released on the next payout schedule (if no violations exist).

• Involuntary Separation – BLucky.ph reserves the right to terminate an affiliate immediately in cases of fraud, KYC non-compliance, misrepresentation, or violations of PAGCOR rules and applicable laws. Unpaid commissions will be forfeited if termination is due to fraud or breach of contract.

• Effect of Termination – Upon termination, affiliates lose account access, forfeit unpaid earnings below the minimum payout threshold, and must cease all promotional activities and use of BLucky.ph branding/assets.

Program Termination

• Failure to comply with BLucky.ph guidelines or PAGCOR regulations may result in:

o Suspension or termination from the affiliate program

o Forfeiture of unpaid commissions in favor of BLucky.ph

o Possible legal action in severe cases of fraud or non-compliance

II. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• BLucky.ph reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these guidelines at any time, without prior notice.

• Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these guidelines to stay informed of any changes.

• Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal, but it is ultimately their responsibility to ensure they operate under the current guidelines.
